I’m a pretty busy guy.  On top of running Stmadeveloper I have 4 kids, and fifth one I call my “WIFE”.  That means that unlike many people who program and do the work I do I don’t get to put in 20 hour days very often.

I have a little help. Eric Gehler is my partner and is a organizing mastermind.  He also deals with the budgets, content, etc… All the stuff that I just don’t have the inclination to do.  It works out pretty well, and we’ve been doing this for a long time now.

I’ve decided that it’s time to start teaching what I do for a living, and to help some of you realize that “BLACK HAT” isn’t so evil after all.   I’m also going to blow the notion that you have to be an “expert” or be unethical to make a living online out of the gate.   So many people think that you have to make a thousand trillion dollars as you come barging out the gate.. it doesn’t work that way.  You first make a dollar a day, then 3 , then 10, then 20, then 40, then 90, then 120, etc…

It adds up, but the secret is simple. You keep building, keep growing, and don’t stop to long to think .  Thinking can be the death of you – ask my wife why I’m so healthy and she will tell you I’m to stupid for bacteria

I’m also going to tie my hands behind my back…. literally.  I’m starting from absolute scratch, with out the help of my existing network.   No secrets, and nothing you can’t do yourself.  I’m giving myself a budget of only 500 dollars.  (I’ll keep track as we go along).  I’ll probably burn through that 500 dollars pretty fast but I’ll be making money as I do it.

I’ll also limit the amount of custom programming I  do, and make whatever I do available through Niche Site Special 2.

The good news for you is that I can only spend a limited amount of time on this everyday. I have my other commitements and can’t let them falter behind.  You probably have 30 times more free time than I do…  YOU SHOULD MAKE MORE MONEY THAN I DO…. or you just aren’t applying yourself.
