I find quite often that I end up reading more than doing, and lately I have been trying to stop reading so much and instead acting on the information.

Instead of hoping to find good tips all the time, I have been spending more time experimenting and twisting old ideas into new ones. In most cases it is a valuable learning experience which is more than can be said about the gurus crap they have been selling.

I do certainly appreciate the tips that you provide, and some of the information that I read on some forums (i.e. BHW), but there is some satisfaction too of being an explorer of sorts, trying stuff out and seeing the outcome. Besides, who wants to be the same as everyone else anyway?

It's hard to find good tips those days. The information (from this dark area) is generally spread all around the internet and you have to be really motivated to learn things in order to find it. However, it's nice to see that you keep writing. I always read your articles, because you are one of the bloggers who post only valuable stuff. People don't want lots of posts every day, I don't want lots of posts every day. I don't like reading bunch of unnecessary stuff. I want to read what I've subscribed to (I mean, if I subscribed to black-hat-tips blog, I expect to read only strictly black-hat tips, tricks or anything else related. Not crappy reviews, paid posts or the usual yada-yada that most people post and claim as "tips" - e.g JohnChow.com - the guy who is supposably teaching people of making money, while he posts only 1 such post in 3 months).

What I said above is for other blogs and not for this one. I just wanted to point out what you should stay away from doing. ;)
