I just got done a 30 minute talk through MSN messenger (thank god for the audio - I hate typing more than I have to).  Anyway the discussion revolved around how this guy has been trying to game google with cloaking, and bunches of other stuff.  Basically all VERY Black Hat with no foundation or white hat sites.

He’s been busting his rear and has nothing much to show for it.   He spends time developing (scraping), cloaking, etc… and blam - gets banned.

I talked to him about my methods, and why I talk about things the way I do.  But it all comes down to one thing.  Your white hat sites NEED to be better than the competition.

Use Wordze to check them out or use a bunch of the free tools out there.  Find out where they get their inbound links then do the same thing and then some.  Basically if you outlink them, and out optimize your site - you are going to win once you pass the age thing  (chances are their site is older than yours).  There are some ways around this as well.  I covered that here.

Anyway - this is where your growing network is going to come into play.  You have a lot of places to drop links and get some fast juice happening right?
