I was asked by Ed to come over here and make a comment of what I thought of the sites. I bought a few of them off Ed a couple weeks ago. I talk to him all the time so I knew he was spitting them out like crazy and I wanted to see how they worked.
I’m not sure what he wants me to say so I’ll be a little brutal and then I’ll be nice. I’m a little pissed that I paid so much for mine when he’s doing this little project now so I hope he is a little scared as he is reading this comment.
He needs to open up a little bit and share some of the marketing techniques with these sites. He promoted mine and I’m just amazed at the number of links that are out there. I would have paid more for that knowledge than he charged me for the sites. Doesn’t appear to be anything black hat but he literally has dumped thousands of inbound links in my lap.
I’m pissed that I paid a lot more for the sites than he is charging others. I can’t complain very much since I’ve already sold one of the sites he made me to one of my clients, and I’ve made my money back on the second one just through commissions.
So I guess I’m saying his pricing is way fair (to you) even once he raises it. The sites are making money, and DO have value the moment they hit the net. Not only are my sites making money, they are also profitable.
I didn’t have to do a thing to get the sites on-line. He even pushed the domains to me after they were live.
I’d say go for it if you aren’t already a programming power house yourself.

I bought the 5 pack without asking any questions, so I’ll ask some now.
Ed, what topics or niches do you have available right now and do you have finance databases for starters?
Are these sites equivalent to the foundation sites ala Bluehat SEO? If so they wouldn’t be your main money sites right? I just wanted to know where they fit into your 18/30 day plan.
Also, what networks are used and can the sites be used for CPA offers or is it mainly affiliate stuff?
Lastly, I’m toying with the idea of making a video testimonial, would this be OK?

The sales letter mentioned a 50k page site, I imagine the size of the sites vary, but do you have a pretty reliable average that could be counted on in terms of number of pages?

We’ve got about 10 niches ready to go. The way the system is set up right now you can’t “pick” your topic. We are trying to figure out a way to change that (give us till the next round and I think we will be ready).
The sites mainly sell physical products and can be considered money sites or foundations — if you’ve got a great landing page for example you can link off to it in these sites.
As we get more and more requests and give you guys/gals more control we should have editable areas where you can plug in new ads or even cpa.
Video testimonial would be fine.

50k is a good average. Some will be over 100k, some will be 10k, 20k, etc… and grow over time.
Depends on the topics and how far we drill down. The first 10 topics we have ready to go are all about 50k. But since we are adding new topics now as well some of those will be alittle higher or lower.
@dave – sorry meant to mention that we don’t have a financial section. Hard to do that with physical products
We are adding in a boat load of new features though just on the requests that we’ve gotten. I don’t see financial happening anytime soon.

Yes we will be opening it up to the general public in a bit. Had such a huge demand that I’ve got my hands full for the next couple days helping folks join the networks, getting them entered into the system, etc…

Just a little update: The “real” members area is up and new things are turning on daily (more than daily actually). We are a little bit behind where we wanted to be but the first sites WILL be out in a couple days (before the third).
I’d like to thank the 10 or so guinea pigs that are constantly seeing new data in your members area that comes and goes. It will be normal soon.
