Well I STUPIDLY said I was considering making a series of video on how to build a network here: Where I said my stupid thing. So now I’m sorta stuck at least making it for NSS 2 members.
I’m not exactly sure how I’m going to format things, or do it, or anything else. Honestly I was just rambling that day after responding to the same questions over and over 
So I’m going to do something – any ideas on how you’d like the format? I might just put it in NSS 2 in it’s own little section. I might make a subdomain here at black hat digest and password protect it. I might just put it in here outright………. no clue. So speak up. Making something like this is going to take a long long time on my end. I’m not horribly against the idea of giving it away – but need to monetize it in some fashion so I’m not working for free (that sucks).
I’ll beat you to the punch though. I’m not doing this like you see normal people giving away information. There won’t be any $997 “E-COURSE” or anything like that. Here is what I am considering:
1.) Totally free – might make you opt in for certain things to get access. Either a newsletter of a zip submit or something.
2.) Low cost – a subscription through paypal you can cancel anytime. Sort of an honor system (yeah I trust you – right) where you don’t lose access once you pay, but you help cover the time/bandwidth/storage space of all the videos.
3.) Higher cost where I just keep adding new videos, training, showing you how to do new things, etc…
4.) Totally free – supported by ads on the site.
5.) You have to send me a pumpkin pie before I let you in.
That’s it – no matter what I do – or how I do it, NSS 2 members will get full access/more stuff/etc.. So speak up and give me some ideas.

Most of the NSS 2 folks have these skills already and are there for the tools.
As I plan this out I realize it’s a HUGE underaking – ie weeks of work. Not weeks as in I nap most of the day, but actual weeks of work. Not only do I have to build a network – I have to show them all the little steps, black out passwords, etc… I have to teach them why as I go along.
I’m not sure if the NSS 2 folks (most of you) are going to want to sit through the whole process – so I think I’ll do it textually along with video. That way you can just “skip” what you know, don’t need, etc…
Should make everyone happy I think.
Actually I’m considering moving NSS 2, and this entire concept over to the same thing. NSS 2′s internal software is a little clunky…….. might be a good time to merge everything together.
Do you have a pie payment plan? Like I can send you a slice for each video – that way I won’t have to leave my computer while building the network… lol
Seriously, at least your stuff has value (unlike the typical rehashed guru crap) and if there was a price on it (either one time or monthly) I am sure it will be worth it.
Why don’t you use both free and paid?
Something like, give away the general overview of how the system works and the concept behind it all and charge for the step-by-step videos on exactly how to do it.
Yeah, seeing as I’m not an NSS member I prefer the free option, lol, but I’m sure you could monetize that anyway with affiliate links and stuff.

I am a NSS 2 member. Don’t give away all of your content. I can’t believe that I am going to say this, but I’d actually be willing to pay a higher monthly membership fee for more “take you by the hand and show you how to” video training.
