Squidoo should absolutely be part of your overall link building campaigns. Since they take all of 5 or 15 minutes to set up and you can put links in several places it’s an easy place to get some attention.

It’s also coming off a PR 8 site (squidoo.com) so it’s very easy to rank for the terms your going for.

Eric talks about squidoo quite often in the other98percent.com forum - and he is our main “squidoo” person on our team. He has several hundred lenses and makes affiliate sales everyday.

You can use squidoo to make money as an affiliate - but you should also be using it to send traffic and links to your foundation and white hat sites.

A winning lens has these things:

  • At least 5 moduals activated.
  • At least 20 (40 Allowed) tags.
  • Belongs to a group or two.
  • Has been submitted through Bookmarking Demon.
  • Links to YOUR sites via direct links or through the rss modual.

That’s it guys - it only takes a few minutes to get your lens in the top few thousand for any topic, and you will start seeing traffic in just a day or so. Note: They are reviewing for spammy lenses - but it’s easy to make a ‘real’ lens in just a few minutes.
